Downloading mpro5 from the Google Play Store

Step 1.

Open the Google Play Store on your device.

Step 2.

Search for mpro5 by typing in "mpro5" into the search bar.

Step 3.

Select the "Install" option.

Step 4.

Once the app is installed, click on open and you will come to a screen where it asks what kind of account you are using. If you or the company you work for have a subscription with us then please choose the "user login" option.
Alternatively, if you do not have a subscription with us and you want to see what mpro5 can do for you, you can select the "free trial" option. This has multiple industry verticals that may fit into your specific industry and could show you how mpro5 could be of value to you and/or your business.

Step 5.

If you have a live subscription and selected the user login option, you will then be asked to register your company name.
This will look like "mproYourCompanyName", if you don't know what this name is, please contact your mpro5 admin within your business to assist.

Step 6.

Once you know the company name, enter it into the app and select Register.

As long as you have a good internet data connection, this should connect quite quickly.

Step 7.

The next screen will be your login screen where you enter your username and password.

You can enable the ‘Remember Me’ so that it saves your username.

If you are unsure of your credentials, please ask your mpro5 admin to assist.
