Searching for a Customer

Customer is typically the highest group in your CRM. To find a customer, follow the steps below:

Step 1) Login to the mpro5 website.
Step 2) Select the Customers Tile. This should take you to the Customers screen.
Step 3) Click the magnifying glass icon in the top right corner.
Step 4) Select the magnifying glass icon at the top right of the grid.
Step 5) A search panel will appear from the right hand side of the screen with the below filters. You don’t need to fill all of these out but the more you apply the narrower the results will be:

Field Name Data Type

Customer

The customer name goes here.

Code

You may have a unique numerical code associated with the customer.

Customer Status

The status of a customer.

Depot name

Choose the access group.

Address

You can type the full address, excluding the post code, here.

Post Code

Enter the post code here.

Tel Number

You can put the telephone number here.

Contact

Enter the main point of contact with this customer here.

Email

You can type the main email address contact for the customer here.

Country Code

Enter a country code here. E.g. Britain is GB, Germany is DE.

Currency

Type the currency your Customer uses if you have international customers.

Step 6) Select the filters you require and click apply at the bottom of the filter side bar.

 

Congratulations! You have successfully searched for a customer.

You will need to have the correct permissions to search for Customers. If you are unable to, please ask your mpro5 admin to give you access.
