Sites are the next stage down from Customer in the CRM hierarchy. Follow this guide to add a new site:

Step 1) Login to the mpro5 website.
Step 2) Click the button that looks like three white bars at the top of the home page next to the mpro5 logo.
Step 3) Select Sites.
Step 4) To add a new site, click the Plus icon in the top left of the panel.
Step 5) The site creation screen will let you fill in a number of details about the customer. You do not have to use every field as some may not be relevant to your operations:

Site - Enter the name of the site here.

Code - A numerical code that is unique to the site.

Enabled - A field for enabling or disabling the site. Disabled sites are still in the system but they can’t be seen or interacted with by other users. You can enable them again at any time using the Disabled tab on the sites page.

Site Ref Number - A second way to link a number or code to the site.

Contact - Enter the name of your primary contact at the site.

Tel number - You can add a general contact number in this field.

Email - Add the primary email address you use to contact the site.

Search by Postcode - You can auto-fill the site’s address by typing the post code into this field.

Address 1 - Put the first line of the site’s address here. E.g. 12 Johnsmith Lane

Address 2 - Put the second line of your site’s address here. E.g. Johnsmith Business Park, Donnington

Address 3 - The third line of the site’s address can go here. E.g. Berkshire

Customer - Select the customer that this site is linked to.

Depot - This dropdown menu determines who in your business can see the site and whether they receive alerts and jobs from them. There is an option to give everyone access.

Site Type - Choose the site type for easier reference. For example, the site might be an office.

Country - Choose which country the site is in. This is especially useful for international services.

Media - This allows you attach a specific image to the site, such as a logo, that will show for mobile users when using the app.

Job Schedule Alert/ Late Job Alert/ Reject Job Alert: You can either set these to True or False. If set to True, alerts will be sent out if a job under the conditions described.

Step 6) When you are ready, select the Save icon (floppy disk) in the top left to save the Site.

Congratulations! You have successfully created a Site.

You will need to have the correct permissions to create Sites. If you are unable to, please ask your mpro5 admin to give you access.
