Sub-locations are the next stage down from Locations in the CRM hierarchy (Customer>Location>Sub-location). There are two ways to add a new Sub-Location:
Method 1:
Step 1) Sign into your web account via the website.
Step 2) Click the button that looks like three white bars at the top of the home page next to the mpro5 logo.
Step 3) Select the Sub-locations tile.
Step 4) You will see a list of sub-locations on this page, the customer and the site they are associated with. You can also edit or add a new sub-location.
Step 5) To add a new sub-location, click the Plus icon in the top left of the window. A pop up will appear with the below fields:

A field for enabling or disabling the sub-location. Disabled sub-locations are still in the system but they can’t be seen or interacted with by other users. You can enable them again at any time using the Disabled tab on the sub-locations page. |
Barcode | A field for adding a barcode to the sub-location. |
Customer | A dropdown for selecting a customer. |
Site | A dropdown for selecting a site, depending on the customer selected. |
Locations | A dropdown for selecting a location, depending on the site selected. |
Media | This allows you attach a specific image to the sub-location, such as a logo, that will show for mobile users when using the app. |
Sub Location Type | A dropdown for selecting a sub-location type. |
Step 6) Make sure you save the new sub-location by clicking the Save icon when you finished.
Method 2:
Step 1) Sign into your web account via the website.
Step 2) Select the three lines icon next to the Navigation Hub.
Step 3) Select the Locations tile.
Step 4) This will bring up a list of Locations.
Step 5) Click the Details button next to the Location you want to add a Sub-Location to.
Step 6) Select Sub Locations from the top panel on the Location screen.
Step 7) Click the Plus icon to add a Sub-Location.
A pop up will appear with the below fields:
