Please follow this guide to create a Depot.
Step 1) Sign into your web account via the website.
Step 2) Click the three lines icon (next to the mpro5 logo).
Step 3) Click onto Depots.
Step 4) Click the Plus icon. This will bring up the Depot creation screen with the following options:

Free text field that identifies the depot, it is recommended that this is unique. |

Free text field that identifies the depot name. |
Post Code |
Free text field that identifies the post code for the address of the depot. |
Address 1 |
Free text field that identifies the first line of the address of the depot |
Address 2 |
Free text field that identifies the second line of the address of the depot |
Address 3 |
Free text field that identifies the third line of the address of the depot |
Enabled |
Enabled or Disables the Depot. |
Step 5) Set the Enabled field to the drop down enabled
Step 6) Enter the details to each of the corresponding fields
The depot name reflects the site name and the depot code reflects the site code.
If neither have codes you can use an abbreviation of the depot name
Step 7) Enter the address details if you have them
Step 8) Press floppy disk to save the details and create the depot.
Congratulations! You have successfully created a Depot
We associate depots to sites and customers to filter access. This lets us control which user has visibility of which site(s) and customer(s), allowing them to submit their audits
