Completing your first Flow

The below sections will assume that you are logged into the mobile app and ready to use it.

Step 1) To complete your first flow, you need to click on 'Flows’, this tile is usually the top-right tile on the main home screen.

Step 2) Select the Customer and Site you would like to complete a flow against. You can also select Location and Sub-Location if you are using them for the particular site that you are looking to complete a flow against.

Step 3) Select the flow that you would like to complete from the available flows for this CRM combination. Answer all the questions on the form (the arrow in the bottom right corner will turn green once they are all complete.

Step 4) Press the green tick and submit the flow (If a signature is required you will be asked for a signature).

You have completed your first job.

If you can’t see the form that you want complete, you may not have the correct permissions on your mobile account, please contact your mpro5 administrator for assistance.

Completing a Job

Step 1) To start your first Job, you need to click on ‘My Jobs’, this tile is usually the bottom-left tile on the main home screen.

Step 2) This will then present a list of all the jobs assigned to you with their details (referred to as job cards).

Step 3) You can open a job by clicking on the job card, proceed through the job by pressing the arrow in the bottom right-hand corner, you will be prompted to complete any required fields.

Step 4) When the press the green arrow the job will be submitted to your mpro5 website.

You have completed your first job.

Viewing a Resource

Step 1) To access your resources, click on ‘Resources’, this tile is usually the bottom-right tile on the main home screen. You will then be presented with a list of the resources available to you to choose from.

Step 2) Press on any of the resources and it will be downloaded to your device.

You need to ensure you have the relevant a installed to read any documents you download. For example, you will need a PDF reader app to view any downloaded PDF’s and the same goes for having Microsoft Word or Microsoft Excel for any Word or Excel documents and so on.
