Please follow this guide to manually log out of the mpro5 app.
- Make sure you are on the main hub screen. If you are in a different part of the app like Flows or Jobs, you can select the four different shape squares (Similar to a window) in the top right of the screen
- On the main hub screen, select the square with an arrow pointing into it, located at the top left of the screen.
- Select Yes to the pop-up box asking you if you are sure you want to logout.
- It will then place you onto the login screen again.
Please Note:
Please ensure you have either a strong Wi-Fi connection or Good mobile data signal coverage.
If you have asked for new customer access or access has changed, you must perform a manual log out of the app for the new access to download to your account.
