Overview

Resources are saved documents in mpro5 that can relate to Jobs, Sites, Flows and Job Types.

Getting Started

The Resources are of the site allows you to create, edit and view documents. Follow this guide to learn how to do all three of these things.

View a Resource

Step 1) Login to your mpro5 website and select the Resources tile, then select Resources from the drop down.

Step 2) You can use the search function in the side bar to find Resources by description, name, the type of media (PDF, Word Doc etc) the category and other parameters. When you are happy with your terms, click Apply to search.

Step 3) This will give you a list of Resources matching your search terms. You can see a short description as well as other information such as the date the document was uploaded. To view a document, click the symbol next to the entry, this will change depending on the file type (i.e. Image, PDF etc).

Step 4) The document will now download. Go to your downloads folder to read it or click file when you receive a notification from your browser.

 

Edit a Resource

Step 1) Login to your mpro5 website and select the Resources tile, then select Resources from the drop down.

Step 2) You can use the search function in the side bar to find Resources by description, name, the type of media (PDF, Word Doc etc) the category and other parameters. When you are happy with your terms, click Apply to search.

Step 3) This will give you a list of Resources matching your search terms. Click the Edit button next to the resource you would like to change.

Step 4) You cannot edit the document itself, but you can change the description, the category and whether it is Enabled (Visible to users). Make sure you save your work by clicking the Save icon.


Add a Resource

Step 1) Login to your mpro5 website and select the Resources tile, then select Resources from the drop down.

Step 2) Close the search panel and click the Plus icon in the top left corner.

Step 3) You can upload the file, add a description and set a category. You can also choose the Resource Type, which will set who can see the document.

Step 4) Click the Update icon in the bottom right of the panel to save the resource to your list. Remember you can always edit the resource if you want to change anything.
