How to confirm that a completed flow has fully uploaded (images not available)

Sometimes you might need to check that a completed Flow has fully uploaded.

To do this follow these steps:

Step 1) From the home page of the Website, select the Flows tile. Then select Flows Search.

Step 2) Using the side panel, you can select filters to find the right Flow. Hit Apply when you are ready to search.

Step 3) Click the Details Button on the same row as the relevant Flow. This will open a new tab in your browser

Step 4) Select the new tab to see the Details page. You can see all information about the flow, including the time it was completed, any photos taken and if it has been signed.

Step 5) When you are satisfied, simply close the tab. You can view details of other flows or return to the home screen by clicking the mpro5 logo in the top left corner of the screen.

Congratulations you have successfully checked the audit to see if it has fully uploaded.

Please ensure you have either a strong Wi-Fi connection or good mobile data coverage.

If you have an alert that hasn't been received off the back of the completed audit, ensure that all the images have been uploaded by checking the Flow details.

The likely cause is that the device still has images on it that need uploading.
