The app has crashed and I have lost my Flow

If the app crashes while you are completing a Flow, follow the steps below to retrieve the Flow:

  1. Log into mpro5 again after the crash.
  2. Press the World button on the Home Screen.
  3. Press the Saved Forms button.
  4. Select the Flow to resume using it.

If your still unable to find the audit after the crash, you may not have the auto save functionality enabled. You will need to contact support to get this enabled.
