You were completing a Flow but the app has crashed and displayed an error message.

The error notification displays three options to select:

Email Support, Phone Support, Restart mpro5

Follow the steps below to pick up where you left off and avoid disruption:

 

If you are completing a scheduled job:

Step 1) Press the Restart button to return to the home page.

Step 2) Log out of the app and fully close the app. Some devices hide apps instead of closing them for quicker access. If you think this may be the case, restart your device.

Step 3) Open the app and sign back in.

Step 4) Press the My Jobs button and find the relevant job.

Step 5) Press the Forms tab on the navigation bar at the bottom of your device.

Step 6) Resume the audit.

 

If you are completing an Ad-hoc Flow:

Step 1) Press the restart button to return to the home page.

Step 2) Log out of the app and fully close the app. Some devices hide apps instead of closing them for quicker access. If you think this may be the case, restart your device.

Step 3) Open the app and sign back in.

Step 4) Press the World button on the Home Screen.

Step 5) Press the Saved Forms button.

Step 6) Select the Flow to resume using it.

Make sure you save frequently. You can do this by tapping the More button, which looks like three bullet points, and then selecting Save.

Please ensure you have either a strong Wi-Fi connection or good mobile data coverage.
