Windows Compatibility

The mpro5 Windows mobile application only supports Microsoft Windows 10 or higher.

Older versions of Windows is not supported.

You will need to check what version your device is using, this will determine whether you can see the app in the Microsoft Store or not:

1. Type “WinVer” into the search bar in the bottom left hand corner and hit Enter/Return.
2. This will display the version of windows running on your device.

If the device you are using is compatible with the application, you will be able to download the app from the Microsoft store.
