If the app crashes on Flow upload and the Flow hasn't arrived on the website, please follow the steps below:

  1. Double check you have a good mobile data coverage or a strong Wi-Fi connection at the time of the attempted upload.
  2. If not, then try going outside for a stronger signal. You can re-attempt the upload by logging out and then logging back in again.
  3. Check the Outbox to see if it's stuck, if it has been more than 30 days since the upload, please contact our support team.
  4. If the Outbox is clear, try checking your saved Flows and when you've found this Flow - try completing it off again which will start the upload again.

Other things to try if the above doesn't solve your issue.

If you're on a wireless connection, try a mobile data connection as some wireless connections will block uploads.

Keep an eye on the number of items on the Outbox page, this will indicate if Flows are being uploaded.

Images are always the last thing to be uploaded and can take a few minutes to complete. You won’t receive an email alert until everything has fully uploaded.

If your Flow has a lot of images, try to keep the device in a place with a strong internet connection until the upload is complete.
