If you are getting a message of “There are no Flows against this combination of Customer and Site” please follow the steps below to fix the issue:
- Log out of the app.
- Log back into the app.
- Try and open the Flow again.
If the message is still appearing then this means that either you are not in the same access group that the Flow is found in, or the Flow is not assigned to the Customer or Site that you want to complete it against.
